Unless stated otherwise products are shipped to you directly from the independent designer. As such shipping costs and delivery times can vary between different designers depending on their location. At present goods are shipped from designers in the following countries as follows:

Local delivery

For orders being shipped from within your country of residence, we aim to have your order delivered within 5-7 working days.

International delivery

For orders being shipped from outside your country of residence, you may be subject to the relevant import taxes, customs duties and fees of the destination country, which is the responsibility of the purchaser. Atelier Fifty Five is not liable for any such taxes, duties or fees.

Information on the point of shipping location is noted in the product descriptions. You can order multiple products from one designer for a flat delivery cost. Please note if you are ordering multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages.

For orders outside of the UK and Ireland, Europe, and North America please confirm that we can deliver to your country before placing an order. If your country is not on our list of countries that we deliver to please email us at shop@atelierfiftyfive.com to enquireand receive a shipping quote.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. You do not need to give us a reasonfor cancellingyour order nor will you have to pay any penalty. After which time if you order has already been processed or you have already received the goods you may cancel your order by returning the goods you have ordered within 14 days after they are delivered. The only circumstance in which you cannot cancel your order is where you have taken the goods you have ordered (or the ones in relation to which you want to cancel) out of the sealed package in which they were delivered. To cancel your order you must notify us by writing to the following email shop@atelierfiftyfive.com. If you have received the goods before you cancel your order then, unless you have lost your right to cancel because you have taken the goods out of their sealed package, you must send them back to the address that will be supplied at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when you receive them and you must send the goods back to us at our supplied contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Once you have notified us that you are cancellingyour order, any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Atelier Fifty Five and the designers we partner with will accept the return of any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, intimate clothing and body products for hygiene reasons, or on goods made to order unless the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity. In those instances our only obligation will be: 
- to make good any shortage; or 
- to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or 
- to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Our maximum liability to you arising from any product you purchase from us shall be the price you paid for the product. To arrange a refund or exchange your order you must notify us first by writing to the following email shop@atelierfiftyfive.com. When returning goods we recommend using recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost, delayed or stolen in transit, and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, which shall include, but not be limited to, acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, and legislation.

DIGITAL GOODS

Due to the unphysical nature of digital items they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any problems with your digital product please contact us at email orders@atelierfiftyfive.com and we will endeavourto do our best to sort out the issue.

Our cancellation policy does not apply to digital goods as download links are sent instantly.
